Diamondback CNC provides precision CNC manufacturing for aerospace, defense, firearms, industrial, and marine applications. From our 19,850 sq. ft. facility in Cocoa, Florida, we machine aluminum, stainless steel, Inconel, brass, copper, carbon fiber, and carbon steel. Our in-house capabilities support complex prototypes, repeat production, and high-volume programs with tight process control from start to finish.
Our Florida CNC machine shop combines horizontal and vertical milling, multi-spindle and multi-turret turning, Swiss machining, broaching, fiber laser engraving, robotic automation, and dedicated quality control. We can hold tolerances within 0.0001 inch, with spindle speeds from 4,000 to 24,000 RPM.
With multi-pallet production cells, two FANUC robotic automation cells, and extended operating hours, Diamondback CNC can move projects from prototype development into consistent production without sending critical machining processes outside our facility.
